Introduction

Since its founding in 2021, AOT Antenna Technology Co., Ltd. has specialized in the R&D, testing, manufacturing, and delivery of wireless antennas, committed to providing high-performance, highly reliable end-to-end antenna solutions for global customers. Driven by technology, grounded in quality, and focused on efficiency, we leverage deep industry expertise and a fully integrated value chain to earn the trust of customers across telecom, automotive, IoT, and consumer electronics. We serve as a long-term partner in enhancing wireless connectivity and end-device network performance.

AOT operates an in-house, standardized anechoic chamber with comprehensive active and passive testing capabilities, covering mainstream and cutting-edge radio standards and frequency bands. For passive testing, we perform high-precision measurements of key parameters such as gain, radiation patterns, efficiency, VSWR, return loss, isolation, and polarization to ensure targets are met from component to system level. For active testing, we support TRP/TIS, throughput evaluation, OTA compliance, multi-antenna MIMO performance testing, and beamforming validation. With rigorous test procedures and full data traceability, we visualize, quantify, and reproducibly verify RF performance for every product—shortening certification cycles, improving first-pass success, and significantly reducing development iteration costs.

Our R&D team is formed by seasoned experts with 15+ years of experience in antenna engineering, with deep knowledge across cellular (4G/5G), Wi‑Fi, GNSS, Bluetooth, UWB, NFC, millimeter-wave, and private/industrial networks. Based on the customer’s device architecture, materials, and RF design, we provide end-to-end engineering support throughout the product lifecycle:

  • Upfront definition and simulation: rapid modeling and parameter optimization on full-wave EM platforms, covering PIFA/IFA, patch, FPC/LDS/LDP, helical, slot, arrays, and multi-antenna MIMO topologies, balancing efficiency, bandwidth, isolation, and mechanical integration constraints;
  • Prototype realization: fast-turn prototyping across multiple processes, including FPC, LDS, metal stamping, insert molding, and high-frequency PCB, enabling a tight design-to-sample feedback loop;
  • Test and validation: comprehensive active/passive verification in our own chamber, delivering detailed test reports, improvement recommendations, and tuning plans;
  • System-level optimization: SAR, TRP/TIS, and throughput evaluations, combined with co-optimization of RF front-end, matching networks, and structural materials to secure stable, real-world network performance.

To ensure quality and scalable supply, AOT operates a self-owned antenna manufacturing facility governed by stringent quality control and process audit standards, covering the entire journey from pilot runs to high-volume mass production. Our process capabilities include metal stamping and CNC, injection molding, FPC/LDS/LDP, precision assembly and soldering, as well as burn-in and environmental reliability testing. We support a broad spectrum from ultra-compact antennas to highly integrated multi-array antenna modules. With established manufacturing and supply networks in both Mainland China and Vietnam, we flexibly localize production and fulfillment according to compliance requirements, tariff strategies, and lead-time targets—reducing total landed cost and strengthening supply chain resilience.

Our customer base is broad and multi-tiered:

  • Telecom industry: from global/regional operators to OEMs, as well as ODM/OEM manufacturers, we have long-standing collaboration experience and are familiar with operator certification and testing regimes—helping customers pass approvals and acceptance quickly;
  • Automotive industry: multi-radio antenna solutions for connected vehicles, spanning cellular (4G/5G), C‑V2X, GNSS, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth, and UWB, meeting automotive-grade reliability, EMC, and harsh environmental requirements;
  • IoT industry: serving industrial IoT, smart cities, security and surveillance, energy metering, asset tracking, and smart agriculture, with standardized and customized antennas for both indoor and outdoor deployments;
  • Consumer electronics: supporting smartphones, tablets, wearables, routers, and smart-home devices, with a focus on ultra-thin, miniaturized designs and high-consistency mass production.
    Meanwhile, we maintain close strategic partnerships with leading chipset and cellular module vendors. Through joint reference designs, RF front-end matching optimization, and collaborative testing, we accelerate customers’ design-to-production ramp and ensure end-to-end performance—from chipset and module to antenna—is fully optimized.

AOT excels in supply chain integration, delivering strong resource orchestration and cost optimization. By centralizing procurement and tiered quality control of key materials—such as high-frequency laminates, LDS resins, FPC substrates, coaxial feed cables, and connectors—we optimize from raw materials to process yield. In parallel, we drive production standardization and platform strategies:

  • Standardized BOMs and tooling/fixtures to reduce changeover costs and defect risks;
  • Modular antenna platforms adaptable to multiple bands, form factors, and sizes, shortening project lead times;
  • Digital traceability with SPC and MES-driven process control for data-led continuous improvement.
    These capabilities enable compelling price-performance advantages without compromising reliability, helping customers launch faster and achieve superior cost structures in highly competitive markets.

Looking ahead, AOT will continue investing in next-generation materials, processes, and architectures, including parallel mmWave and Sub‑6G solutions, Massive MIMO arrays, UWB positioning and indoor sensing, satellite-direct IoT connectivity, concealed multi-antenna integration for vehicles, and sustainable designs with recyclable materials.
