We provide end-to-end antenna solutions for smartphones, IoT devices, wearables, automotive systems, and industrial terminals, covering the full lifecycle from requirements definition and antenna topology/material selection to EM simulation, prototyping, OTA/RF testing, system integration, network performance optimization, and mass production ramp. By applying model-driven feasibility assessments and DFM/DFX reviews early in the product definition stage, we lock in structural viability and cost boundaries upfront.
During the simulation phase, we employ full-wave and hybrid solvers combined with convergence strategies to quantitatively optimize key metrics such as S-parameters, efficiency/gain, isolation, and near-field distribution, while reserving design tolerances and layout margins at the system level.
In the prototyping stage, our in-house and partner labs validate TRP/TIS, throughput, latency, MIMO correlation, and user-hand/installation scenarios, and we close the loop rapidly to control the delta between simulation and measurement within engineering-acceptable limits. For production introduction, we deliver BOM optimization, tooling and jigs, IQC/OQC standards, and traceability plans, leveraging a mature supply chain to ensure stable, on-time delivery.
